Team Leader and Management development workshops are currently underway at Richard Burbidge in Oswestry as part of the continued support from the Lean Academy to help develop and up skill their current workforce. The workshops are designed and delivered on site ensuring that all involved are able to maximise ,apply and reflect on their own development within their roles and review with their Senior Managers and how they can further develop and improve themselves and the Company.
Botany Bay Leisure Complex in Lancashire have recently been in partnership with the Lean Academy on a series of workplace continuous improvement initiatives which has helped the company improve customer satisfaction and focus on improving their Quality, Cost and Delivery by empower-in the employees , regardless of responsibilities, to forward and focus on initiatives to embrace the concept of Continuous Improvements within the retail sector.
